Made from Langhorne Creek Fruit, achieving a consistent style and outstanding quality
each year. It is a Cabernet Sauvignon, showing strong varietal character,
Medium to full bodied, with ripe fruit.

11th Release of Flemings 3 Dragons Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vineyard Region: 100% Langhorne Creek, South Australia.
Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon
Maturation: 19 months in New and Old American Oak Barrique’s (200 litre Barrels).

Winemaker Comments:

Color: Deep purple/red.
Nose: Stylish, Youthful and dominated by Blackcurrant, mulberries, and cassis with a suggestion of mint, vanilla oak, plum and dark chocolate aromas.
Palate: Blackcurrant, mulberries, mixed with dark chocolate and mint.
Soft tannins with spice and nutmeg flavors.

The Vanilla oak is balanced with a rich fruit mid-palate and long finish.
